How can we make health care more affordable to all?

Insurance companies are profit based and add to the health costs. Its one of the main costs. A Government single payer system would remove the layer of insurance and its costs.

Government hospitals like other countries have where everyone, even vetrans could go and get medical care and life saving treatments.

Private health care could still be obtained at a higher price.
You might only have to pay the difference in a co-pay.
You could get supplemental insurance that would get you to the alternate higher cost providers.
All insurance would be supplemental.

Increase Medicare Expansion. 19 States don't have Medicaid Expansion. What can be done to change that?

This is a life or death situation for some people.

It's not fair for some states to be excluded.

Medicare For All would provide coverage for everyone.
It would remove insurance companies from the health care cost equation. The savings of removing the middle man and its profit center would lower the costs significantly.

Availability of on-line face time with a doctor or nurse.
